I graduated from Université du Quebec à Chicoutimi’s electrical engineering program and graduated with an MBA
from Université Laval. I have done credits, in the 2e cycle program, at Ecole Polytechnique. I was also an officer in the reserve of the Canadian Forces, in charge of the following audits
: environmental, security and fire protection, at the St-Hubert Garrison.
My firm has been qualified by Export Development Canada (EDC – Government of Canada) and Ministère du
Développement Économique, des Innovations et Exportation du Québec (MDEIE) to offer mandate in risk analysis on industrial infrastructure.
During a contract in the Department of National Defence, I integrated the security program concepts in the
construction military project management, in the Engineering Department of the 5th ASG.
I design security models for manufacturing, industrials and transportation carrier companies. My security
manual is complete and approved by the US Customs Border and Protection Department, Washington DC – CTPAT program. For the Mining and Metallurgy industries, I offer consulting services on
the management and/or to recuperate solids spilling, work methods and technologies overview.
